Website storage and communication widgets
The website uses a small local-browser preference called bl_cookie_choice, ordinary server records needed to deliver and secure the site, Smartsupp live chat and the Elfsight platform for WhatsApp chat and social-sharing controls. The third-party widgets may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers according to their live configuration.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small value a website or third-party service may ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software-development tools and identifiers used by embedded services. This policy uses “cookies” as a convenient collective term, but the table below states the actual technology where known.
Server access and security logs are not browser cookies. A hosting service may create them when it receives a page or form request. Those records can include an IP address, time, requested path, response status and technical user-agent information needed for delivery, fault investigation and abuse prevention.

Exact third-party storage can change when a provider updates its platform or account configuration. Browser developer tools show the storage used during a particular live visit. This table and the provider configuration should be reviewed when either integration changes.
3. Necessary and third-party categories
Necessary
Technologies reasonably required to deliver pages, preserve the notice choice, protect forms or maintain security.
Communication
Smartsupp and Elfsight code supports live chat, WhatsApp contact and social sharing from third-party infrastructure.
Analytics
No separate first-party analytics package is intentionally included. A widget provider may nevertheless produce its own operational or usage records.
Marketing
No separate advertising or marketing script is intentionally included in the package.
4. Smartsupp and Elfsight widgets
The installed Smartsupp account key connects the website to live chat. The installed Elfsight applications provide WhatsApp chat and social-sharing buttons. When these scripts load, the providers may receive technical information and use cookies, local storage or identifiers. If a visitor sends a message or selects a sharing service, the visitor also provides information directly through that service.
The widgets are optional communication features and do not replace email, telephone or the site’s inquiry form. Blocking third-party scripts or storage may prevent them from appearing while the rest of the site remains available. Smartsupp, Elfsight, WhatsApp and any selected social network control their own external services and privacy practices.
5. Your browser controls
You can clear bl_cookie_choice through the browser’s controls for site data. The notice will then appear again on the next visit. Most browsers also allow cookies or local storage to be viewed, blocked or deleted by site. Blocking third-party scripts or storage may prevent the communication and sharing widgets from appearing, although the site’s public pages should remain readable.
“Do Not Track” and similar browser signals do not have one uniform legal or technical meaning. The website does not use that signal to switch a separate advertising package on or off.
6. External sites and future changes
A WhatsApp interaction or social-sharing action can take the visitor to an external service that controls its own technologies. This policy covers the BusinessLawyers.ge implementation, not storage used after leaving the site. We will update the table and review date when a provider, configuration or additional analytics, advertising or communications tool changes.
